Support Groups

Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. This group meets at Derry Church at 8 pm every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night in room 10. First-time participants are invited to attend at 7 pm on Saturday nights

GriefShare is a 13-week seminar and support group for people grieving the death of someone close. This Christian program features biblical teaching, small group discussion, video seminars led by renowned experts on grief and recovery topics, and a workbook to help participants explore topics in depth. New GriefShare groups begin twice a year at Derry Church. Newcomers can begin the program at any point in the series. There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is requested.
