Carlisle Presbytery has a New Stated Clerk

Carlisle Presbytery welcomes Kristal Smith, who has begun her work as Presbytery Leader for Governance and Congregational Leadership. Kristal’s role encompasses the office of the stated clerk as well as consultation with congregations, individuals, and committees of the presbytery.
